Postgraduate and Research Student Association (PARSA) is a student representational body at the The Australian National University (ANU). PARSA briefed me to work on their marketing collatorals for 2016-17, which included a Postgraduate Survival Guide 2016 and Diary 2017.
The Postgraduate Survival Guide needed a complete overhaul. It is an informational publication for all the Postgraduate students commencing their education at The Australian National University. On the other hand, the PARSA Diary 2017 goes through major revamps from its previous editions. PARSA Diary 2017 is a student diary focusing on ANU's academic schedule and important dates, while providing general information to the students.
PARSA Postgraduate Survival Guide 2016 is a 68 page publication which guides the prospective and newly arrived Postgraduate students at The Australian National University. This guide covers all topics from PARSA Executive council, PARSA Events, Important academic dates, information about campus, the city of Canberra and much more. In a nutshell, this guide covers everything one needs to know with respect to student life at ANU.
PARSA's color palette was used to create a sense of harmony with other marketing collaterals.
Two font-families were used throughout the publication to maintain a consistent look and feel.
The URLs throughout the publication were visually represented in a standard look and feel.
Lively and vibrant imagery was used to depict harmony and diversity that exist at the ANU.
PARSA & ANUSA Diary 2017 is a student diary for the students at The Australian National University. As much as it provides all the important dates and events, it also informs students with important information that would help their experience around the campus.
To release the stress, and to keep it all fun and interesting, various games are added in the diary.
Since two student bodies i.e. PARSA & ANUSA were invovled, the color palette had to be neutral.
To make the cover look slick, the title and logos of PARSA and ANUSA were embossed.
Games were added on each month's page to keep the students engaged and stress-free.
